This is a Japanese animated fantasy written, and directed and made in 1989 by Hayao Miyazaki. The visuals are gorgeous. The story is gentle and entertaining and perfect for my grand daughter. Im probably having my second childhood - but it is a lovely film!

    I LOVE KIKI"S DELIVERY SERVICE! Have you ever seen 'Tortoro'? Or 'Howl's Moving Castle'? I love cartoon! I do, do, do! And Pixar and Dreamworks productions especially are amazing. I also, being a Disney baby, love rewatching all the classic Disney's and singing along.

    Oh I love your enthusiasm. I enjoy entertaining films and if it's a cartoon so be it. I have seen Totoro too and it's lovely. I'm making a note of the others you mentioned!

    Aww I remember that movie from when I was a kid! Adorable, I miss that one :D Yes, I still love kids movies. I freakin love 'Once Upon a Forest' and 'Ferngully' too. I miss the days when cartoons were so good ^^

    I'm 55 and one of my son's friends brought "Kiki's Delivery Service" over -- and yeah, I liked it!

    I LOVE that movie!!!!!! Spirited Away is another lovely anime. Favorite.

    Spirited Away - THAT was the name of the other movie I saw and I loved that one too.

    Ratatouille is NOT a kids movie, it's a romance between a rat and a spoon.

    I love this movie. I still have the VHS tape. And everytime I watch it, it reminds of my childhood. BEST MOVIE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
