If I remember right, BIA was the first album released simultaneously on vinyl and CD.
I *think* Pink Floyd's Division Bell was the first released on vinyl, CD, Mini Disk and DAT. I remember waiting in line at midnight to be the first in Phoenix to buy them ALL @ 12:01. Too bad it was such a let down, very disappointing album.
