I have just p[osted a similar question:"Does this world really care?" I was lying in bed reading Time Magazine on all the didasters taking place . .and just havimg heard about the further Earth Quake in Japan . .I really feel uneasy . .are we ever going to say THERE IS SOMETHING TERRIBLY WRONG WITH THIS LIFE WE ARE IN?
I am a Christian and ever there was a time for people to read Matthew 24;Luke 21 and Mark 13 it is now,
I know 95% of the people will just laugh it off .but what if things just get worse and worse . .?
Time: about a quater to . . .well, you know it.
I know and I care. For me it is time for my life to start moving again. It is time to start moving toward my goals again rather than sitting here treading water.
I'm starting my hypothetical life move with a true physical move... April 3rd we are heading for Toronto :) I'm really happy about that.
Sure, there are a lot of people that live in the present, and they care. I happen to live about 5 minutes in the past and I care as well.
If so I can't imagine why...
I care because it is your best friend and worst enemy and yo will not know which until it passes. To be really in the moment you can not care what time it is .... just be there!
No. Nobody cares.
Yes...it is 25 or 6 to 4.
Time on Earth is pretty reliable, because it's ba<x>sed on the movements of the sun and the planets. We even add a day every four years to keep it accurate. Now of course the time will only ever be correct across the Greenwich Time Line, which means the yanks are always about 5 hors behind Europe (the slackers).
What would happen if you could go outside of the Solar System though? You'd need a whole new system. How did the Federation come up with those Stardates?
I just can't imagine why
Great song from CHICAGO when it was released in the 70's!
Clearly, you water answer this question.
And so I can't imagine why,
We've all got time enough to die.
Good song in its' day...
