I've found both deep tissue massage and a chiropractor helps. Plus there are exercises.
After a back-strain in my early 20's I suffered terribly. Hospital heat & exercise treatment didn't work & they fitted me up then with a steel-braced corset to support the troublesome disc, which I wore for 2 years before a friend recommended me to an Osteopath. This guy, after telling me to bin the corset, cured my painful disability through massage & manipulation over just a 3 week period! Okay, if I got overtired or a bit down over the months ahead, the sciatica would return with a quick 'bite', so straight back to him for a 'top-up' session & fine again. Many years later & I've never felt even a 'twinge' since he fixed me the last time 40 years ago!
I know, I remember how painful it was for me! Go find an osteopath (maybe known as a chiropractor where you are), talk to his/her previous patients to get honest feedback, then go to the best. You'll pay, but later realize it was the best money spent, ever! Good luck.
Correct physio and exercise.
My mom did; she fixed it with massage therapy I believe.
Go to a doctor...o.o
i have nerve pain in my face called trigeminal nueralgia, an ankle up my entire right leg, doctors can not figure out what that is, pain meds dr's gave me never worked, drinking kills the pain, but only temporarly
I usually make sure my feet has enough room.
