There are non-verbal ways to communicate. Even if language somehow fails, there are ways to get your message across.

I don't think so, but it helps if someone thinks about what they are going to say, before they say it in order to be clear. Conversely, people need to actually listen to what the other person is saying, instead of formulating a response, before the speaker finishes.
