Wow, is that true? Incredibly interesting... Well just think, everything we're made of is essentially, "stardust," as Sagan called it. I mean, we're made up of the universe. hah. Cosmic dust that formed Earth and all of us.

Don't know exactly how many years it takes for all our molecules to be replaced with new ones we get from the environment, but the concept is true. It happens multiple times in an average lifetime.
