    With espresso and gelato/ice cream, it's called affogato. It's really good:)

    I drink a lot of coffee, and I love ice cream sandwiches, so I'd probably enjoy combining the two except for one thing. I'd be afraid my teeth would hurt from the sudden change in temperature.
