The earth quakes everyday, occassionally it's somewhere unusual, occasionally lots of people and property are damaged. Nothing one can do about it, just have your emergency bag handy.

I haven't noticed any difference in the last two decades. It seems to me that they just happen. Like the New Madrid- that was huge and in a place that doesn't have many quakes, and it was a long time ago.

The earth lives in cycles as we do--it's not unusual - it's just we are living through one of these cycles.
