Does anyone have a recipe for "boo boo balm"?

A Wiccan friend of mine made some and gave it as a gift. It soothed all sorts of ailments...bug bites, scrapes, burns....I'd like to find a recipe for it and also any "special" instructions that give it that extra potency. Thanks!

roasted bat gizzards
1 hornets nest (the more holes the better
3 old ostrich claws
4 frogs feet
sasafras
dyeberries and leaves
bee wings(as many as you can find
turpentine
boil together with porkbelly fat

granny clampetts recipe (beverly hillbillies)
she is always cooking up remedies and potions but there is always one secret ingredient that she adds to give it its potency...she never tells....
