Does anyone have any advice on how to help scars fade quickly?

So they are mostly newish.... about a year old and some about 6 months old and then others but those ones have faded out on their own pretty well but I don't want to wait years for the most recent ones to fade. Right now I am using this home remedy type thing its a mixture of pure unfiltered honey, lemon juice, and virgin olive oil that I mixed up myself. I exfoliate the areas before applying the mixture. I have heard that hydrogen peroxide also works but I haven't tried it. Vitamin E oil doesn't work for me and the mixture is working but slowly.... anything quicker?

Bio oil, what you are using sounds good, leave the HP out.

Add olive and almond oil to your mixture.

I allready have olive oil in there but I like the idea of almond oil. not to mention it would make it smell great!
