    find out why he is hammering so much and maybe explain its annoying to you if you find no need to help him in his project to finish you have the right to file complaint....its called noise pollution. And an invasion of your privacy

    Turn on the air conditioner and TV or stereo--as long as he's doing it inside of allowed times for your town he has every right to work on his home.
