Practice makes perfect! Trust me, your guy won't mind. Just make sure not to eat anything at least an hour before because if you have a strong gag reflex, you might end up throwing it up. Your gag reflex lessens the more often you do the deed so keep on trying. Also, when you feel yourself gag, try swallowing right then and there. That seems to help.

One time, I actually did spit up a tiny bit but it wasn't a lot, and I didn't want to ruin it for him, so I just swallowed it back real quick. (ugh!) Luckily it was dark so my husband never knew that it happened and unless he reads this he never will! :P So yeah....I speak from experience with the food thing.

It's different for everyone. I lost my gag reflex many years ago so size has never been a problem.
