UnidentifiedHobo	Posted Apr 15th, 2009 at 11:45AM My recipes in the "I love eating stinging nettles" group are all extremely low G.I. and very low calorie too, so are suitable as diabetic diet recipes. They also have some medicinal uses. Rated: +3Vote for this!
