I've had it for over 20 years and all I can tell you is good meds.
I've relied on mine but now I'm panicking because my doctor is getting ready to retire.
Exercise with lots of fruits and vegetables. And if that doesn't work you can always try Xanax.
Meditation helps a lot
For me it made a difference in two weeks.
breath, if you can walk away from whatever is causing it and just concentrate on breathing
meditation, exercise and benzodiazipines
SSRIs and self talk...and no I'm not over it.
