    No I never got diagnosed with it, but, wheat and grains does give me intestinal irritation, I guess that is because it is fiber and gets things going gets things cramping. I don't even like cereal, nor am I particularly fond of grains, but someone has to eat it since others cannot because it makes them sick, and heck it's pretty balanced food and doesn't take much.
