yeah, i have been practicing krav maga for quite some time.<br />
energizing,and instills a lot of confidence,positivity and calmness.
I spent a few years competing as a professional kickboxer. If you train right, it's completely exhausting- makes you tough though.
I did kick boxing for years and years, I liked it but it eventually got old. Spin class is shockingly energizing I fully recommend it, I know it sounds lame but it really gives you a boost. I also really recommend Zumba, ever heard of that? It's a very good workout and a good way to mix things up. I don't know about you but I get bored with the same work out routines.

It is very exhausting art and I think it is not allowed by law.
