Does anyone hurt so bad inside it feels like your heart constantly aches?

I'm not religious, but once out of desperation I asked for help in a prayer, "Please take my pain away" and it worked. I felt this tremendous easing, the pain just melted away.

I still had to deal with the sadness of my particular situation, and that was difficult, but it allowed me to put things into perspective. I wondered if I responsible for putting myself in a 'painful' state. I reasoned that I could try and accept things for what they are and that it wasn't going to be the end of the world for me. I also believe very strongly that I can't make others feel or respond the way that I hope they will.

I have learned that this is very liberating to let go of my expectations and to accept what the day has to offer.

All the time... you are certainly not alone, and I have no cure to pass on to you...

Yes, that's happened before. Or something like that.

Yes, sometimes. There have actually been deaths due to 'heartbreak'. It would have to be long-term and continous for that to happen.

Yes, I have felt that way before. I had to go to the hospital because of it.

You can get past it. Hang in there.

I felt like that 3 times in my life.. when my father left me, my first boyfriend broke up with me, and when a friend died... The cure.. is time.

Every minute of everyday to the point that my heart is numb from exhaustion. Welcome to my world! :(

Sure I have had those times....
usually time heals the pain... but if you are really struggling, talking to a counselor can help... it did me!

I`m trying to forget my hurt now

You must have suffered a big hurt for it to affect you in this way. And yes, I've been there too. Many of us have at one point or another in our lives, for various reasons. Time can and does heal, although we may still bear the scars and the raw emotions can come back from time to time. Sometimes we just need someone to show they care and take some of the pain away.
