if you hung out with me, i could teach you. one of the most important things is vocabulary. language is your arsenal, so make it a formidable stockpile. also, one thing that always works really well is to make a joke and then about five minutes later make another that references the first. somehow the combination of fresh humor with the memory of the first joke makes people laugh much harder. an excellent tutorial on this is the film "Circle" by Eddie Izzard. the entire show is ba<x>sed on this concept. it is one of the funniest stand-up movies i have ever seen, and it is very very smart.

not many people can be spontaneously funny, i think its something of a rare art, a lot of people think or try to be funny but its usually pretty pathetic!

Just be yourself. IF people dont like you for who you are wether u are funny or not so funny, their loss really. IF you can find the laughter in your self and be able to enjoy being you then thats all that really matters. A smile from something one has said Goes along way sometimes :)

doing life can sharped your sense of humor..ok a bit of sarcasm might creep in.. but generally you should if you loose your mind, you should find an increase in your sense of humour.. laughing at peoples expense is a personal thing..i tend not too as its unkind.
