No diet pill will be as effective or beneficial as useing your own fat burning system in your muscles. Everyone that has posted before is very correct that nothing replaces excercise and it is something a body needs.

Congrats on loosing what you have so far but you need to just tone the muscles that you have, walking, yoga, swimming are all low impact ways (easy on the joints) and even if you have a bike and have somewhere to ride will be good for you.

Congrats again.

Swimming is a good one....you won't know if you're sweating...ha

Pilates is good....but, you need to sweat....it will fall off faster, the faster you get that heartrate up....(be sure to be under a doctor's supervision, though)

Congratulations on your already huge weight loss....That's hard to do....Keep up the good work.

exercise=sweat.

The heart rate must rise significantly in order to tone up and lose weight. Walk daily 10 minutes, then increase to 15, then 20, then 30.

In yoga, all muscles get engaged and it doesn't produce profuse sweating but swimming is probably your best solution.

Nutritionally, quit soda. Drink 2 liters of water daily. Eat salads daily. Stop eating processed foods, canned or boxed mixes, frozen dinners, etc. Whole foods, grains, veg are easier on the body and you'll feel better. Portion control is the key.

I have just started doing pilates twice a week and it's great for toning. I don't sweat much at all, but I really feel as though I've worked out. My mind also feels much clearer after too. All you need is a comfy yoga mat and comfy clothes.
Asiam is right in that you also need some cardio to balance this out. That can be as easy as brisk walking at five minute intervals when you're out and about.
Also 45 minutes after you've eaten, check how your body feels. That way you can deduce which foods are your own personal high energy foods and which ones seem to slow down your metabolism.
Congratulations on losing 60 pounds. That's a great achievement.

Eating healthy is a great start! Kudos Girl! I am sorry to say there is no effective work out available that does not make you sweat. In order for you to lose weight you need to burn more Calories than you are taking in. You need a equal amount of cardio and strength training.
Try starting small, with things that push your bodies limits like walking hour 30 min day for cardio and a yoga for strength. Before you know it you can bike for an hour and hit the gym with confidants.
Sweat is not always pretty but it is an indicator that the work out is burning calories. Don't worry about what people think. Any one with a brain and compassion will know that you are doing what you are suppose to be doing. Look I know your self esteem may not be the highest right now. But it is a scientific fact exercise does stir up endorphins. Stick with a plan that makes you feel good. Best wishes hun.... If you need any thing drop me an e-mail.

Swimming and walking are so underated! Walking is free and swimming doesn't put a strain on your joints and is more of an easy exercise. If you want to pick up the pace a little, with no pressure on your joints 30 - 45 mins on an eliptical trainer is great. Congratulations on loosing the 60lbs you already have, keep up the good work!
