Go on Youtube, look up the users "TheRadBrad" and "Morfar". They've played plenty of independant horror games on the pc, which you'll find in their playlists and stuff.

I know what you mean, that's why I didn't mention Pewdiepie, he annoys the Hell out of me. Morfar does talk, but he isn't as bad, and Brad also talks, but he doesn't talk too much during cut scenes or anything.
