I actually like brown rice a lot better than white rice....
... I cook it with a stock cube, some coconut and a chilli....
allow to cool when done and fry it with some veggies (chopped onions, leek, pepper, cauliflower) and serve with sliced omelette, and spicey peanut sauce.....

what results r u getting with your brown rice at the moment? is it hard and dry? if so, you need to add more water.
i sometimes mix in white jasmine rice to it for sweetness maybee try doing a ratio of 1:1 or 2:1, even more if you want a somewhat healthier "diet" 4:1
