Yes! I buy those in packets! Each pack is for one serving.
Some with seafood taste too. Just add tofu and more seaweed if you like. I add eggs to it too ;) when I'm hungry. More filling.

I just but the packet at the store and sometimes add some tofu and small ammounts of green onion.
