    I'm going to resist Google and guess the twins Castor and Pollux were her children. As for the father, I'm going to guess Ares, but this question reminds me that it's been way too long since I read my mythology.

    Aphrodites children were Herbiscus, Fiddlefaddlia and Pubisica. Their fathers were respectively, Hiccupus, Angoragoatis and George. Although the latters name was changed to Geoff for legal reasons.
