Does anyone take vitamin K2?

As I am not happy with any of the western treatments for Osteoporisis I have refused to take Actonel and am looking into taking Calcium, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin K2 or MK-7. Is anyone else looking for a safer way to treat Osteoporisis here?

freeed	Posted Aug 20th, 2009 at 11:20PM You shouldn't need to as your body synthesizes vitamin K. We NEED to eat vitamin C because humans cannot make it internally while other species can. You should take vitamin D, Harvard Medical School studies say this may help much more than just bone health, and can you really ever have too much Calcium? Rated: +1Vote for this!
