Does anyone use an egg substitute instead of regular eggs?

i've been thinking of trying it...and wanted to hear from people who use it regularly, or have at least tried it, and if there is any/much difference in the taste?

more info--i guess using the egg beaters or other similar alternatives instead of buying/using the whole egg. i'm not a big fan of the yolks in the eggs, and have heard the substitutes (ie just the whites) are a supposed healthier option...

I've used Egg Beaters before and I like them. I scramble them with vegetables for breakfast in the morning.

iamconfussed	Posted Jul 20th, 2009 at 3:08PM if your talking about for baking.. yes we have food allergies and we use egg substitute not egg beaters.. that still uses the whites of eggs.. egg substitute is fine.. its not as fluffy of a baked good.. but it works if you have to use it..
