Does anyone wonder why parents suffer anxiety attacks? Even heart attacks?

Just as I begin thinking that things are going fairly smoothly, all hell breaks loose and my whole damn family is in crisis mode again. Why can't it happen to just one of them at a time? I am shaking all over most of the last few days because so many of my kids and grandkids are in such a terrible state emotionally. I cry. A lot.

Yeah, is seems to come with the age. My teenaged granddaughter is in a bad way. And it is putting a lot of stress on the only one of the grands who isn't in crisis mode. Poor girl is just trying to hold it all together, and her sisters and brother are all having serious crises. I am TOOOOOOO old for this ****.

Because they are fearful for their children ..possibly to follow in their footsteps ?
I know my dad is very worried and anxious about me and its really counter productive because its projected unto me and I cant stand living here. I feel so unsafe, unstable and just uncoordinated. I dont feel the emotional closeness that I need. Ive had a panic attack here and what do I get? "OMG DO YOU WANT TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL!? and SHUT UP!" Thanks guys. **** you. Seriously, I feel like everything in this family is just material. I hate it, it makes me want to cry.

I'm sorry, this is really bad for you. I don't have that problem, I live alone, so I am not putting this pressure on them I share it here. They have no idea it is affecting me like this. I am afraid I have no advice that can make it better for you. But I do know what it feels like to want to cry.

Have you spoken with these people? Talked it all out, see eye to eye, state clearly your feelings and opinions on the situation ? Cos thats really all you can do. Good luck.
