probably? Fat people are harder to get your arms around and drag away. You'd have to calculate it and lure them away. But then, if you just wanted a hostage in a bank robbery or something, they'd probably be slower and easier to catch.

If you wanted to kidnap somebody fat or thin then there's usually a reason/motive behind it that's so important enough that you would take risks for it, ie jail. you'd plan accordingly and nab the intended victim regardless of their size
a slimmer person is easier to carry off but fat people can't run away very wellLike (1)

No because fat kids are easily lured by candy and food. Plus they are too slow to run from the kidnappers. But everyone's different.
