    Yes but not as much as transient humidity.

    Same difference as having expensive wooden furniture. Your house must have centralized humidity control and temperature control. Otherwise, it can split completely along the length of the grain or glued joints can become loose.

    It depends mostly on the type of material it is made of. Some of the syntheitc bodies it makes very little difference

    Yes, it will need to be tuned because of shrinkage and may crack as it acclimates if the wood gets too dry.

    Tempertures and humidity levels effect all guitars, acoustic or electric. Try to maintain ambient temps and humidity levels.

    You keeping your acoustic outside or something? Most people don't let their house drop to a low temperature unless of course you're poor.

    Difference and changes in humidity and temperature will effect it's tuning ....

    Yup. Cold air tends to be dry air too. Dry air is even worse.
