Oftentimes yes it does make me feel better. Sometimes it just seems there is no other way to get rid of all the emotions we hold inside. At least for me.

No... It doesn't make anything better and even though some people think that crying can serve a variety of biochemical purposes and indeed "make you feel better" - it just doesn't. I usually feel even worse because I've allowed myself to become a weeping little... "kitty" instead of doing something that'll actually solve the problem(s). :)
