    No... It doesn't make anything better and even though some people think that crying can serve a variety of biochemical purposes and indeed "make you feel better" - it just doesn't. I usually feel even worse because I've allowed myself to become a weeping little... "kitty" instead of doing something that'll actually solve the problem(s). :)

    Most defiantly but i try not to over do it because its unnecessary to cry more then you need to ...You can make yourself sick

    Crying makes me feel that I've achieved nothing. It still makes me angry and upset. On top of that, I let the person hurting me know that they succeeded.

    Oftentimes yes it does make me feel better. Sometimes it just seems there is no other way to get rid of all the emotions we hold inside. At least for me.

    for me it does .....i finish crying after a while i watch tv and i laugh out loud by myself..crying is saying everything ive ever wanted to do or say
