Does distance make the heart grow stronger or more weak?

I agree with the person that said if it's true love, it will make it stronger. I am in a military relationship and I can speak that (Thank God) I love him so much still even after 4 months of not seeing him whilee he is deployed. I don't always get to hear my lover's voice or feel his strong arms around me, but I know one day I will get to be by his side once again, so it makes me love him even more because I know my time with him is very limited. I know to get the best out of the relationship I have to accept the distance. I'm still going on strong with my man and I miss him so much. Long distance relationships are very difficult, but in the end, they are so worth the wait. It makes you appreciate the other person so much more.

It depends on the people involved and how hard they are willing to work on the relationship.

it should grow stronger, but unfortunately in some cases it doesn't.

If it's true love it should make your heart grow fonder and stronger. But, if not... and it is weaker... maybe it's not meant to be? As the saying goes if you love something let it go if it comes back it was meant to be!
