Apparantly if you drink cold water you use some calories heating it up too.... not many but its a bonus :-)

that is widespread completely false idea. As much as water is important drink lots more than needed does not do anything, you will just pass more urine and nothing else

Water itself wont but it does help you eat less because it fills your stomach more when you eat,eat and if you excersize enough it will help to turn fat into sweat aswell
Yeah especially if you drink it in place of other drinks (like soda).
