It the speed of your heart-beat is faster, more blood is being pumped through your arteries, capillaries, and arterials every second, thus speeding up the flow of blood, since it has to be carried back at a faster pace for oxygenation. when you run or strian your heart beat rate will be more sending more oxygen and blood through your viens ,,that will cause anaerobic activity
