It should, but it doesn't. Fact is, most folks sleepwalk through life anyway, paradoxically in such a rush, they skip over the most important details, that fine print. Prime examples-- when you activate any Apple product, you affirm that you are an App exclusively owned by Apple, and thus, anything you ever do from that point on is property of Apple. Or that Microsoft can harvest your organs at will if you use any other product other than Windows. It's the little things. Grinds my gears.
