No one has told me im TOO nice, i cant imagine anyone having any complaints to someone being nice.

really depends on the situation ... if i can tell they are being sarcastic then i try and understand what they mean by it and if need be will try to change that manner since i will not be stepped on ... but for the most part i take it as a compliment

Doesn't bother me as I am so used to it .But sometimes I wonder if it is meant to say I invite the trouble I get into because of it. :)

Sometimes I take it as an insult, it depends on my mood and how I read into it. I guess using the word 'too' makes me feel like it's a weakness. If someone says 'you're so nice' it's more of a compliment.
