yes if the president is republican and so is congress or is republican and congress is weak and full of democrats



if a president is democrat apparently not , not even when they have a majority in congress ,then they need a supermajority in representatives



and even then they need to control the senate

absolutely yes. The person's experience, thoughts and feelings create momentum for change. After 50 plus years of having social security, the mitt guy want to do away with it cause it cost money to take care of the elderly and retirees.
