It's happened to me. At times it was so terrible I thought it was some sorta bed-bugs or my allergies.

Most often for me, it's dry skin. I know that sounds strange, by dry skin against your sheets can cause TERRIBLE itching, even if you don't normally feel it during the day.

If you're having this problem, I recommend trying some lotions or cream especially for dry skin. If that doesn't help, see a doctor -- could be other things.

If 'it' is a euphemism, then you have crabs.

Bed bugs...that'll do it to you. I spent a couple of nights at a friends house a couple of years ago. When we got into bed and shut off the lights I could literally feel them crawling all over me! Seriously...burn the bed!

Will vacumming your bed help to remove whatever offending materials that caused the itch?

It never used to but ever since I used that old shaving cream my legs have become hyper sensitive. Everytime I climb into bed I drive my bf mad itching my legs to pieces!

It did, when I first bought some sheet set. I washed them, and the problem went away.
