Yes. Music is a bridge between cultures. A wordless language. It lifts spirits, comforts and offers companionship and is a definitive route for expression.

It's a universal love. When's the last time someone said "oh, I just hate music"?

I believe it matters to the individual ..... if you have nothing else left to you .. you still have music .. a chronical of your life, how many times do you hear an old song and back floods memories and emotions from that time. You can rev youself up for a task at hand, or curl up in a ball of misery wrapped in music. I think I'll go play for a bit .... :-)

Oh yes! It sooths the soul and takes you into a place of care free and splender.It brings out at times the wildness in me and I need all this in my life.

I think to some it does and to some it doesn't.music is a big part of my life,always have it playing.sometimes loud sometimes soft,but always on,love going to concerts,don't go as much as whwn i was in my 20,s,but still love to see bands live,most recently TOOL,FOO FIGHTERS,ALLMAN BROTHERS,all were great.
