No, It is an anti-depressant if you have a regular partner and it is rumored to have an effect on the skin however the ph balance is way different from your vag and its proteins cause an immune response. That can be both good in bad... it can hypothetically from what I understand better your immune system in some women however there are some women that are allergic to it to the point of it being life threatening

It's acidic so it can actually cause inflammation unless it's cancelling out higher pH.
