Na, They are always loitering outside my store. I had a good talk with them and now they even pick up their trash :)

Best Answer

Doesn't bother me as long they aren't talking about ripping me off

It might mean that their parents give them no privacy at home, and so they cannot socialize at home. In that regard, they feel more privacy in public than at home. For adults, it is the converse.

Best Answer

that's a unique way of seeing things

Best Answer

Wasn't my original idea. Read it somewhere, a long time ago. It really is true that children and teen feel more privacy, loitering in public, than they feel at home where their parents are.

Best Answer

at any rate it makes a lot of sense

Best Answer

Not at all, unless they all have high powered rifles.

Best Answer

but handguns are fair game?

Best Answer

Absolutely. :-)

Best Answer

no, i almost remember what it was like

Best Answer

Depends on where they're loitering.

Best Answer

You don't know what they will do. They bully more than their fellow students.

Best Answer

no, it neither bothers nor scares me.. that's what teens do, loiter..

Best Answer

true enough

Best Answer

At night? Want to tell them to go home and do their homework. Daytime not so much, expensive to do stuff at times so they love the streets, have the free bus passes and travel.

Best Answer

If they are just having fun its not a problem. IF they try something when I am nearby.. they go too the hospital

Best Answer

Neither. I was once one of those teens, that was merely just...hanging out.

Best Answer

No not unless I think them meddling kids are up to no good

Best Answer

Doesn't affect me at all.
