What do you exactly mean when you say (honour killing), since when was killing something to honour, explain more.

Best Answer

It's nothing to worry about. It's only another step towards a global caliphate. Look around. It's happening right before our eyes. The infiltration and overthrow of western Europe and the United States will be mostly peaceful. (No sharia laws do not condone honor killings, that's a culture thing. You mix a hard core culture with a hard core religion and you get things like stoning, female circumcision, and honor killings.) Once predominance is established., resistance will be futile and we will have to assimilate, unless people wake up to the true possibility of this nightmare scenario.

and Merikans bombarded Serbs who stood up against this ****

Best Answer

They claim that it was to stand up for human rights and stop the "ethnic cleansing" of the Albanians in Kosovo, but nothing is ever as it seems.

Best Answer

No. Sharia law is more strict about killing other people, than most criminal law in the world is, actually.

But your worry is not necessary. In most European civil law systems, there is room for different laws, than those of the country it self.

It applies to civil law only, and the idea is, if people can solve their differences, with the state interfering, that is a good thing.

Most civil courts accept settlements agreed upon outside of the courts systems. For instance, a Jewish Rabbinical separation agreement, can be recognized by the courts as a valid agreement. Or a privately agreements between two parties in a case that is in the court system, can also be recognized. In the care of Muslims, the civil agreements reached according to the Sharia, can be recognized by the courts.

Ming you, in criminal cases, it never occurs that and out of court settlement is recognized as valid.

Best Answer

so why have cases of honour killing been left as uninvestigated in muslim countries, that does not make sense.

Best Answer

Always distrust the news. Killing are left uninvestigated everywhere. The police can only do so much. It makes no sense everywhere, to not investigate killings, but it happens, sad but true

Best Answer

You know it doesn't but keep trying.

Best Answer

I don't know it doesn't or I wouldn't ask or be concerned, is is honour killing a cultural problem.

Which countries in Europe are incorporating sharia law?

Best Answer

Britain, france, lots of scandanavia

Best Answer

sharia law in Britain is entirely limited to personal disputes. It is no more than a type of mediation between opposed parties using islamic principles. It has no more legal standing than any other agreement between individuals. Any decision made by a sharia council can be reviewed, appealed and rendered void by the British justice system. If you asked me to decide if you and another own a property and i decide they do and you both sign a document to say you relinquish your rights to the property then aside from legal scrutiny it is a valid act. It is still under the laws of the nation. As regards honour killings? Really? pre-meditated murder is illegal. Sharia law is not part of the British legal system, it is little more than civil settlements amongst consenting parties.

Best Answer

yet the reports say the govt. were having a hard time getting proper access to these sharia courts in Britain so for all we know they could be presiding over any issues.

Best Answer

Agreed, but legally they are similar to a neighourhood council concerning itself with disputes over property boundaries and bins being left out late at night. The criminal fraternities have had their own active 'courts' for centuries in Britain, these sharia courts operate under similar circumstances.

Best Answer

the fact the govt. even allow them too function when they cannot properly govern them is grounds for concern in my book.

Best Answer

I completely agree, they need official regulation or to be declared illegal. Either will bring conflict between The law and religious self-regalutory isolationist. Its going to end in tears.

Best Answer

it does need sorting and a head to head is unavoidable, so get it sorted now is probably the best thing.

Best Answer

No way, sharia is not legal in European democracies.

Those who commit unlawful sexual intercourse of your women - bring against them four [witnesses] from among you. And if they testify, confine the guilty women to houses until death takes them or Allah ordains for them [another] way.Qur'an 4:15

I don't like the sound of it.

Best Answer

explain to me how that relates to the concept of honor killing?

Best Answer

unlawful intercourse is the worst possible offense in Islam and both men and women who commit adultery receive the same treatment for it (at least they are supposed to, under the Sharia but sadly the corrupt government systems in most countries don't follow the law properly). however, honor killings are rarely ever about this issue. honor killings usually occur because people try to marry someone their parents don't approve of. the idea of premarital intercourse is still frowned upon in MANY third world nations.
