Ya know, if I were you, I'd be al ittle more concerned w/ the fFACT that it causes Cancer to smoke at all.
Nicotine can make you hyper.
But I would be more concerned about getting cancer, instead.
First of all there are many different classes of antidepressants, but I am not aware of any of them being affected by cigarettes.
The closest thing concerning you is a medication call bupropion, aka Zyban or Wellbutrin. This medication is used for both depression and smoking cessation, although different dosages are involved. But if you still smoke while on that medicine, you still won't have any bad effects just because you are smoking while on it.
Just the usual, feeding the tumors that will kill you.
Stopped smoking eleven years ago by the way.
Your doc is closed minded. Every human on this planet reacts in different ways. Try to cut the smokes out and see how you feel. You could have 99% of the population that is ok with them combined, but you may be that 1%.
