definitely lose weight.

Well, I'd think that biologically stress would speed up your metabolism and use more energy so maybe lose a bit.. but if you eat more ie: "comfort food" then weight is going up for sure
It can go both ways, depending on the person
It can do either one. I've lost a great deal of weight during a summer from being stressed and have gained weight from stress (although it was gained much slower during stress than lost during stress).
Everything makes me gain weight. Even trying to lose makes me gain!
I think it depends on the person.
