Does Thalassemia minor (Beta) make you tired?

I have been diagnosed with Thalassemia minor (beta), and I regularly feel fatigued, could my condition cause this fatigue?

I have thalasemia major and yes both make you have chronic fatigue. What helps me is if I have a day that I know I will need to get a lot done I will load up on carbs and when I get back I am fatigued and I can do no more than take a much needed nap.
