such as it is druing this time of the year, if it gets freezing and icy out.

im talking about in oregon around pioneer square.

    You didn't mention what city (or country) this is in, but just in case you are referring to Las Vegas, NV -- our MAX line runs 24/7, and weather is not as factor.

    I don't know what that is but yes they usually run more buses during bad weather due to expected delays
