    No. There's snow on the side of the road. The road is wet and the impact came from behind the car (bumper is hit from back not just side) The car is also facing the wrong direction.

    My guess is they got his by someone else and it caused them to loose traction and spin around stopping at the median wall. Doesn't look like their fault.
