Resolved Question

Does this sound like Anorexia?

I've never had a terribly good relationship with food.

After one of my parents died 5 years ago, I let myself go alot.

5 years on, I never eat breakfast, only ever have a small snack for lunch, and usually never eat dinner.
Not to stave myself or to look good.

I don't drink much either.

I don't think i'm overweight. My BMI says I am underweight. I have days when I think i'm getting fat... but never actually am.

I've recently started getting mouth uclers, Spots & my hair falls out.

Any idea what it might be!?

Yes.... you are not eating properly, the spots, hair loss and ulcers is from starving your body of vitamins etc. and you are talking yourself into not feeling hungry... please see your GP, or dietician, they can help you... don't think about it , DO IT.... good luck

Sounds like youre malnourished. When you eat do you eat healthy? You should get some help, mentally to help cope with the death in order to fix yourself physically.

If you don't feed your body properly, and keep it healthy all those things happen as well as depression...you will just go around in a big circle one making the other worse. Please go and see a doctor ASAP

It's probably not anorexia, it sounds like depression. It's causing your body to be malnourished though. You should see a therapist and a doctor quick. If you start eating healthy again all the side effects should subside. but anorexia is usually just associated with people who are constantly worried about being over weight.

your body needs food! and the hair loss and spots are a warning.. even if you're not doing it to lose weight you are losing it..great that you have noticed, now treat it.. if you feel confortable with any outside help try some, but if you start eating healthy things will get better.
