My 15 minute breaks at work move at the speed of light probably because of happiness. :)

Time is an illusion. Live in the now and life will be lived to the fullest.

Alli know is that when I was a kid life seemed very slow and years passed as if they were each an era. I could stop and study the cracks on a sidewalk or take my time climbing a tree. Nowadays an adult time flows by so quickly and there's lots of pressure from work to make money as fast as possible.

They say time flies when you are having fun, but I have noticed that when I am happy, every day counts and each day is memorable. When I am unhappy, the days become a blur and I think "Where did the time go"
