Neither you end up urinating it out before it can do anyting but hydrate you. Thats why it is the BEST source of hydration on the face of this planet.

Pretty much, you will have the water weight until it is urinated out and maybe some excess for a day or two but that would only happen if you drank huge and unusual amounts of water in one session. Water wont stick with you like a starch or sugar would though.

6-8 glasses a day is what I drink and It helps me loose weight as it fills me up and I don't over eat. Also cut out having carbs like potato and rice with meat. So have meat with veg and salad. Balsamic vinegar on salad or lemon juice also helps with weight loss. Or applecider vinegar which can be taken in hot water with honey in the morning.

The following is a personal thought. Works for me. Should NOT hurt you. But as always consult with your doctor.

Water washes the impurities as well as oils before they become fat tissue. You can take an over the counter pill that can help you with removal of your excess water weight. However you need to know it takes water to remove it.
When you wake each morning your urine is yellow. Sometimes it may be orange or another color. Some cases even greenish.
Your body is constantly removing waste and improper things you have consumed. There is no such thing as too much water. As long as you are able to release it from your bladder.
How much to drink? When it comes out as clear as it goes in.
Water pills are okay. B6 is better. But again know it takes water going in to push it through..AND the more you drink, the thirstier you become. It's your body asking for this.
And the idea is to remove these impurities before they form to fat cells.
Water fills you up so you tend to be less hungry.
Remember to think your stomach as a muscle. What happens when you apply a cold or hot compress to a muscle?
Buy a water cooler. Like those in offices. Purchase refills from an Osmosis water filtering system. Most grocery stores have these.
Stay away from those individual plastic bottles. These will poison you.

when you're well hydrated your kidneys and liver function better and that can help metabolize fat, so I say it helps you lose
