    Almost every job I have had... even as a scientist... had a union representing me. Then again, Ive worked for the feds.

    Most workers have no need for unions. You pay union dues that go primarily to liberal demcratic political funding.

    no there are many companies in the south that dont allow unions and the workers do very well in terms of wages and working conditions
