Very, if someone isn't feeling well, he won't be very productive. The worse your mental health is, the less productive you get, and vice versa.

Very much so. I'm a teacher. I've been a teacher for 25 years. I teach privately and at university. My anxiety and depression are really bad. I always feel like I am doing a poor job and that my students aren't going to learn properly. I feel like a failure.
